The SouthEast Mega Homemaker Centre will comprise about 50,000 square metres of bulky goods retail space. It will be one of the largest and most comprehensive bulky goods centre in the south-east of metropolitan Melbourne.

It is keenly sought by both national and local bulky goods retailers and will attract customers not only from the Casey-Cardinia Growth Corridor but also from Warragul and the Latrobe Valley region as well as from the Bass Coast region to the south.
